    To make an apartment reservation is essential to send the 20% of the rent. All the Apartments are available until the the reservation is sent.

  • CAN I MAKE THE RESERVATION AND PAY THE RENTAL RATE WITH CREDIT CARD?

    The payment for the rental rate, reservations and security deposit is only accepted in quoted cash, it could be american dollars or euros.

  • ITS NECESARY TO PAY THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

    Yes, the security deposit, which amount is specifically agreed in advance, is necessary. As any hotel in the world ask you your credit card in the check in, in apartment rentals we ask you an security deposit, which it will be refunded in the check out.

  • HOW DO I KNOW THE RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED?

    As soon as we received the reservation by Western Union or Money Gram, We send you an reservation form to complete by the customer with all the details and the apartment is automatically rented for you.

  • CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

    If you cancel your apartment reservation, you’ll lose the reservation sent. If you prefer to change your check in date, if we have availabilities it will be a pleasure for us, to change another date of check in-out, without any additional costs.

  • WHERE DO I TAKE THE APARTMENT KEYS?

    We are going to welcome in the rented apartment, where we’ll make the check in, sign the contract and give you from one up to four pairs of keys.

  • WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?

    The rental rate includes, all the services like: electricity, gas, water, wi-fi, local limited calls, building fees, city taxes and Maid Service once a week.

  • CAN I HAVE THE MAID SERVICE MORE OFTEN?

    Yes, of course, the additional services you have to pay it additionally. The rental rate just includes maid service once a week.

  • CAN WE GET EXTRA BEDS OR BABY COTS IN THE APARTMENT?

    Yes, you can, an extra bed it has an additional cost of 200 american dollars. Is essential in this case, you tell us in the moment at you make the reservation, just to see if the apartment requested allows it. For one baby cot, We don´t charge it extra.

  • CAN WE TAKE WITH US OUR PET?

    We are Pet Friendly Apartment, of course Educated Pets. Is essential to tell us in the moment to make the reservation. It doesn’t have additional costs. Your Pets are welcome in Palermo Apartments.

  • HOW FAR ARE THE PALERMO APARTMENTS FROM THE AIRPORT?

    Buenos Aires it has 2 main airports. The international airport is around 35 km. and 40 minutes by car. The domestic airport is 15 km. and 20 minutes by car or taxi.
